Calleya Town Centre, Calleya

Calleya Town Centre was a Stockland development completed in 2019. The first stage of the project involved creation of a new Nido Childcare Centre, in addition to, a new speciality area with shops and cafes. Aser was contracted to fulfill the Ceilings, Walls and Cladding works for this project.

• Suspended plasterboard ceilings
• Exposed grid ceilings with ceiling tiles
• Feature bulkheads
• Ceiling angles / shadowline
• Internal stud walls and linings
• Insulation to ceilings and walls
• All flushing works
• Door frames and hardware
• Access panels
• External Cemintel Cladding
• Fibre Cement Cladding
