Kingsway Shopping Centre, Kingsway

Kingsway Shopping Centre carried out a major refurbishment to their centre in 2019. The works involved various refurbishments within the existing centre, a new build Aldi Store and a new build Nido Childcare Centre. Aser Contracts was the preferred supplier for this package of works.

• Suspended perforated plasterboard ceilings
• Exposed grid ceilings with ceiling tiles
• Feature Glosswood ceilings
• Ceiling angles / shadowline
• Versilux / Villaboard linings
• Plasterboard bulkheads
• Internal stud walls and linings
• Insulation to all walls / ceilings including Kingspan
• Plywood and Galvanised sheeting
• All flushing works
• Door frames and hardware
• Access panels
• External Timber Cladding
• Fibre Cement Cladding
