Lakelands Country Club, Gnangara

Lakelands Country Club (LCC) redeveloped it’s existing Clubhouse Buildings within the LCC Course Grounds in 2020. The new facilities included a function room, a food and beverage area, and new office spaces. Aser Contracts were the preferred supplier for all Ceilings, Walls and Carpentry works on this project.

• Suspended perforated plasterboard ceilings
• Fire rated ceilings
• Ceiling angles / shadowline
• Decorative Ecophon Solo feature ceilings
• Vulcan timber ceiling linings
• Feature timber bulkheads
• Internal stud walls and linings / timber linings
• Insulation to ceilings and walls, including Kingspan
• All flushing works
• Door frames and hardware
• Access panels
• Timber feature cladding / soffit linings
• External decking
