Steel Framing

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the industry, Aser Contracts specialises in the installation of steel framing systems. Having all of the necessary experience in-house, allows us to be much more competitive when tendering projects.

Steel framing systems are designed to be constructed in short timescales, drastically reducing build programme times. They are easy to assemble, cost effective and an attractive framing system for many building solutions. The protective coatings of the steel are tough, continuous, of uniform thickness and strongly resistant to corrosion. Long spanning trusses also reduce the amount of support framing required, thereby reducing the cost.

In some cases light steel framing eliminates the need for heavy structural sections. Factory assembly also reduces the amount of on-site labour, wastage, and site theft. These are all cost-savers.

Steel is a non-combustible material, its use significantly reduces the amount of flammable material in a home simplifying the design of elevated flooring, verandahs, carports architectural features in bushfire-prone areas.

We install the following:

Typical process includes:

• Survey at handover of the slab/base/transfer
• Install of grid lines and datum
• Erect loadbearing frames
• Incorporate any hot-rolled steel posts or beams
• Install flooring system
• Install roofing system
• Install cladding

All systems can be used for commercial, residential, industrial and domestic use.
